What Types of
Debt ARE eligible for the program? |

- Pre-judgment and post judgment settlements
- Bank account and/or wage garnishments
- Apartment rent (re-letting fees).
- Cell phones bills that are in collections.
- Mortgage loan re-modification
- Student Loans that are not government backed.
- Settlement and negotiations with nearly all creditors.
- There is no minimum or maximum sized debt.

Credit Cards tied to a bank where the customer’s
mortgage resides (cross collateralization).

Any secured debt (Car, boat, etc.). There are a few exceptions, like some mortgage situations, check with us.
